The best thing about me that my 9 year old is writing a paper about how he respects me and my 11 year old showers me with kisses. Besides that I have nearly fifteen years experience leading in the church, marketplace and the community. Over the past few years my wife Lisa Leonard (yes, that one!) and I have built a successful online company while being married and raising our boys, David and Matthias. I have a degree in English Lit., a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry, which means I love math and science like few others.

In 2002 our son, David was born with Cornelia de Lange Syndrome, forever changing the way I understand God, his grace and how to live in the world. Eighteen months later, our son Matthias arrived, unique, creative and again turning my world in circles. Life has taught me a great deal about leading, family, God’s grace, the church, communicating and being. Join me in my journey.
